The Visaj story: from one building to a collection
In 2018, Visaj was a single building in Giroc. Today the collection has seven locations, in Giroc, Braytim, Union Square, and Torontalului.
The first building, in 2018
Visaj started in 2018 with a single building: Visaj Residence, on Rândunicii street 9, in Giroc. The collection is managed by Visaj Residence SRL.
That is where the idea started: an apartment you live in like home, run with a hotel rule. Today's rule is in The Visaj standards.
How the collection grew
From Giroc, the collection reached Braytim, then the centre of Timișoara, and the north, in Torontalului. Together with Visaj Residence, there are seven locations. Booking.com scores and distances live on each area page, not in the story.

Why the rule did not change
The buildings were added. The way an apartment is handed over stayed one way, so a guest who stayed in Giroc recognises the stay in the centre too.
