Cancelling a booking

There is no single deadline for every stay. Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and the dates you choose, and they are shown on the booking page before you confirm payment. Direct booking is on the property page, run by Pynbooking.

Check the deadline shown there before you pay. That is the deadline that applies to your booking.

Refunds

If you cancel within the deadline shown at booking, the amount is returned by the same payment method used for the booking, within the time set by the payment processor.

If the deadline has passed, the condition shown at booking applies. For a question about a specific booking, write to office@visaj.ro.

Exceptional situations

In unusual situations, for example force majeure, write to office@visaj.ro or call +40 741 207 019 or +40 757 040 079. We will look for a solution for that booking together.
