Long stays
Long-Term Apartments in Timișoara
Fully equipped apartments for relocations, work projects and extended stays, with utilities, Wi-Fi and flexible services included.
Who it is for
A long stay suits anyone who needs a base for weeks or months: relocations, work projects, or a longer time in Timișoara.
You stay in the same apartments from the Visaj collection, with terms adapted to the length of the visit.
For relocations and work projects, Visaj Residence in Giroc — just south of Timișoara — is the usual choice. Visaj Homes and Visaj Metropolitan are in Giroc as well. If the work is near Iulius Town, Visaj Nova and Visaj Escape are in Torontalului, in the north of the city.
What is included
- A fully furnished, fully equipped apartment, ready to live in
- Utilities and internet included, without the paperwork
- Periodic cleaning and linen changes on request
- Preferential rates for longer periods
- One point of contact for anything you need
How the rate is set
There is no published weekly rate. Tell us the dates, how many people are staying, and which area you need. We reply with the apartments that fit and a rate for that length of stay.
We issue invoices for companies. Send the billing details with the request.
Cleaning and linen changes can be arranged during the stay. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Parking is available at the Giroc properties and in Torontalului; at Visaj Downtown, in the city centre, it is confirmed when you book.
