How do I book a Visaj apartment?
Choose the apartment from the collection, open its booking page, and check availability for your dates. You book direct online, with a quick confirmation.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is by 10:30. Check-in is self-service: you receive the access instructions before you arrive. An earlier arrival or a later departure is confirmed when you book.
How does self check-in work?
Before you arrive you receive the access instructions. You can check in after 15:00, at the time that suits you that day. Check-out is by 10:30. We are available by phone if you need help.
What is included in the apartments?
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped: a fitted kitchen, Smart TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, linen and towels, plus professional cleaning between stays.
Is there parking?
Most locations offer parking, in some cases with video surveillance. The exact availability is noted on each location page and at booking.
Can I book for a longer period?
Yes. For stays of several weeks or months we have dedicated terms and rates — see the long-term stays page or call us for an offer.
Can I receive an invoice for a company?
Yes, we issue invoices for individuals and companies. Send us the billing details and we take care of the rest.
Can I check in late at night?
Yes. Check-in is self-service, so you can arrive any time after 15:00. You receive the access instructions before you arrive. We are available by phone if you need help.
Which Visaj property is closest to Timișoara city centre?
Visaj Downtown, in the Emmer Palace on Union Square. It is the only property in the historic centre. Victory Square and the Bega riverbank are within walking distance.
Which property is convenient for Iulius Town?
Visaj Nova, Visaj Escape and Visaj Romantic & SPA are in Torontalului, in the north of Timișoara, with access toward Iulius Town.
Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes. Stays of several weeks or months use the same apartments, with utilities and Wi-Fi included. Tell us the dates and we will send a rate for that length of stay.
