Visaj Residence SRL, based in Giroc, Timiș County, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and in the course of our accommodation services. You can reach us at office@visaj.ro.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone) given when you book or through the contact forms
- Details needed for the stay, as required by the legal rules on guest records
- Technical data collected automatically (IP address, device type, pages visited)
Why we process it
We process data to manage bookings and stays, to answer requests, to meet legal obligations (tax and guest records), and, where it applies, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
We keep data only for as long as the purposes above require, and for the period set by the legal obligations that apply.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
