The conditions for cancelling a booking, and how refunds are made.

Cancelling a booking

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and the dates you booked, and they are shown at the time of booking. Please check them before you confirm payment.

Refunds

When an eligible booking is cancelled within the stated period, the amount is returned by the same payment method used for the booking, within the time set by the payment processor.

Exceptional situations

In unusual situations (for example force majeure), please contact us at office@visaj.ro so we can find the best solution together.
